. . . were announced today.
I have not yet been to see any of these live and in person. Sad but true. How about you?

Peru's Machu Picchu
Mexico's Chichen Itza pyramid
China's Great Wall
Jordan's Petra
Italy's Colosseum in Rome
India's Taj Mahal.

I went to the Colosseum.
It's full of feral cats.
Charlie is the 8th wonder.
I would like to explore it.
I also saw the colosseum in Rome. It was very surreal as we turned a corner and there it was. I still hold that image in my mind as it was breathtaking. It also had a lot of feral cats but I just pretended they were lions.
I haven't seen any of them either. I hope to change that before I die.
I have a feeling the first one I will see is Machu Picchu. Or perhaps the Taj.
Chihen Itza in 1996, but it was so hot that I didn't try to climb to the top. Tom climbed while I huddled under the very small shade of a tree. But even on the ground, all the grounds--and the very oldness--were astonishing.
I've been to the statue of Christ the Redeemer and to the Colosseum. It's definitely a life goal to see them all.
