WWOTB Reviewed . . .

"poets known for their wit and humor frequently strike something of a false note when attempting to address convincingly the darker conditions of living and the ever-present awareness of one’s mortality . . ."

. . . from a review of What's Written on the Body by Edward Byrne over at Valparaiso Poetry Review. It's a long review (he really read the book closely!), and I'm pleased with what he has to say.

I am definately getting your second book. I loved your first one. Congrats on the review and I look forward to reading the book. I don't like to read reviews until after I've read the book because I am easily influenced and I like to make up my own mind.

Anyway, you won the wine glass contest! Send me your addy and I'll ship the chap.
