Your weekend sounded like my weekend. We planted some hydrangeas, some sarcoccia, and a Japanese maple.
We have a deer problem, so edible veggies are out until we can figure out a barrier.
The garden looks fabulous.

I hear if you put out cups of (human) urine around the veggie beds, that it keeps the deer away. Ever tried?
