Moving Through Him
Perched on the throne
early mid-morning hoping
for a good loaf — dithering
between pages of Sartre’s Being
and Nothingness, Schultz’s
Who Do You Think You
Are, Charlie Brown? He imagines
instead Rodin’s chin-fisted
Thinker: Oh — how he
shapes his next
thought.

lol. that first line just cracked me up. I think this poem is really funny. I tend to read WCW, Hart Crane, and Star magazine.
I'll have to try Sartre . . .
Great poem Peter. Enjoyed it.
