aaahhhhhh! That brings back memories, for sure.

Oddly enough, the oldest gay bar here in Bloomington is called "Bullwinkle's." (It's in the building that once housed the Moose Lodge.)

Pure genius--ah, those inflected, affected syllables--My favorite one has to be Bullwinkle quavering through "I wandered lonely as a cloud" (and getting arrested in the process):

"For oft, when on my couch I lie / In vacant or in pensive mood"

I am sure the Freudian slip is supposed to show in Frostbite Falls.

Bullkwinkle's Poetry Corner and a brilliant skit with Eddie Murphy as the author of "Kill My Landlord" are two of my favorite TV moments.
