Some recent acceptances:

JAMA: "Tremor" (due out in August)
Seattle Review: "Aesop's Dog"
Contemporary Northwest Poets Anthology: "Anagrammer," "The Devil's Dictionary of Medical Terms"

Still waiting to hear from Bloom and Bellevue Review. It has been almost 6 months, what is up with that? I am spending some of this 4th of July Holiday looking at what I've got, and sending it out.

Woohoo! Go, Peter!

Yeah, I've started a new category for those no-shows: MIA [missing in action]. Hee-hee!

Peter, I'm doing the same. Maybe we could trade: you do mine and I'll do yours. Grrr, I hate this part of the biz.

Rebecca: I might just take you up on that.

Hooray for the acceptances, and for sending more stuff out there! I haven't sent anything out for a while, and can't decide whether I want to get back to it just yet or not. There's a bunch that's still out, and I may wait for some more of it to come back. I don't want to tempt myself to send the new stuff out too early -- and right now all I want to look at is my new stuff. I guess there are some hazards to having had such a productive workshop! :)

(I hear Bloom is pretty backlogged. Don't hold your breath, I guess.)
